is possible live_tracking in TomTom ??

anyone have used TomTom Navigator on smartphone and send from another mobile device GPS positions to TomTom just in time?

 Now I use two Nokia symbian Handys ,  send GPS positions to  the www and look with the Nokia E61 and web-browser in Google Earth website , to see the position of the first smartphone , but I more like to use TomTom  instead of GoggleMaps on the smartphone Nokia E61
