Hi Anfield,
There's no such thing as a nooby question, as long as its well formulated :) Yours is , so the answers are easy. Deleting old tracks is not yet possible. We are working on that. You can delete the track of the current day using the cleartrack function in the PDA version.
If you use a portsplitter like the Windows Mobile GPS settings icon, you can use mulitple GPS applications simultaneously. It's always a bit of a hassle to get everything working.
Please state the version of your OS, device and Reperion when encountering any problems in the future.
Hope this helps :)

Mike,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I'm using a Dell x50v and Mio Map v3.2. This is new for me as previously I was using a Navman bluetooth receiver but had nothing but trouble with it. I'm now using a cheap wired GPS that I bought of ebay, which works very well, much better than the Navman!
I'm still running Windows Mobile 2003 SE, the ROM version is A05.
Since your reply I've downloaded GPSGate which seems to work ok in providing a virtual serial port, but I now have a conflict between Reperion and Mio Map.
I run Reperion first, set it working as normal, but when I run Mio Map, Reperion closes and stops running. Any thoughts?

What version of Reperion are you using ?
Please try either the one for portsplit situations, or the 1.51 version for WM2003.
It must work, the trouble is finding out the right commport setup in combination with a splitter.
Please always state your software version.

Hi Lee,
Where did you look ? It might be that for WM2003/SE there is no portsplitter version.
http://www.reperion.com/newclient
You must stick to the WM2003 version, and then try out all different options. It might be that
you won't be able to split at all. You could download from www.gpsmeter.net and download portsplitter there.
Just to be sure, YOU CAN get Reperion to work....just not with MIOMAP, right ?
Please state what does work and what doesn't ?

Mike,
To clarify, yes Reperion Basic works fine until I run MIO Map. I can run Reperion all day without any problems, but if I minimise Reperion using the X, top right, and then run MIO Map, after a period of time, Reperion stops running. It is not always immediate, and sometimes takes several minutes, but Reperion will not run with MIO Map.
As a test I have run Reperion without the GPS connected, but it still stops when I run MIO Map. GPSGate seems to make no difference.
I don't have any other GPS software yet, but I will find my old version of Navman and test Reperion with it. MIOMap will not allow me back to the Today screen, this may be part of the problem, although other programs run in the background ok.
