    Server response:Need an Account

    Hi, when I was on holidays I used Reperion without any problem. Now I try, after 3 months, to use it again but on my PDA server tell me that I "Need an Account".. I've already have it and I always used it, it worked 100%! I supposed my account was expired but I can enter the site correctly (and post here). I try to register again but, of course, "Username already exists". What can I do? :-( Thanks in advance.

    • need an account mostly shows up because "servername" in your PDA client is misconfigured : it should be

     TRACKER1.REPERION.COM  without HTTP:// or  /

    PDA Tracking Account restored :) 

    Please keep it active (32 days inactivity means deletion)

    I've got the same problem here, after some period of inactivity my accaunt has got deleted.

    I'd like to have it restored if possible and further I would appreciate what rational reason sit's behind his 32 days inactivity limit?

    Does it save you lot's of money, or you just like restoring user's accaunts?

    Your account has been restored also :)

    We don't take pride or joy in restorinig accounts, it's just that we aren't rich enough yet to buy a good server. The more accounts, the slower the response of the server. You are currently sending your updates to  a pentium 1,5 GHZ with 512MB ram, that's all there is....

    Also, display of the maps is handled by this server. Lookinig for a solution to upgrade the server and host it in a datacenter.

    Mike,

    first of all, thank you for restoring my accaunt, everything is working fine
    and secondy I want to say sorry for making this joke about being too strict with users.
    Really, the service you provide is at the level of a 6-7 figures company so I would have never guessed what modest hardware you run on.
    I wish you all the best and keep-up with such a great job.
