Hi there

I have just got your software and everything is... well partially fine. The trouble is that somehow, the software is unableto upload my location to your tracker. I have gone throught all your troubleshooting options. I have changed the tracker name as you send with email and applyed all the other settings such as my unsername and password. I can also confirm that there is a meesage on start up that gps communicatied on com port 4 for data transmit of my location to the software and I can see that the GPS bars are going up and down. But however somehow i am unable to trasmit my location to your servers.

I have tried both with activesync and as well as HSDPS. I am not sure what elese to do.  

Anyhelps is much appriciated. Please do let me know. 

We are so sorry to not have reacted any sooner. Are you still having those problems ? In my case, this also happens sometimes.

What I do is during the time that the device tries to make the connection is press "HANG UP" for 6 seconds. This will kill your GPRS connection and mostly the device reconnects just fine.
