Hi all,

I'm recently just installed the reperion software onto my dell x30 but I'm unable to upload log data.

I've double checked my settings, servername: tracker1.reperion.com  DX: ANY, Rate: 10. My call and password are correct, GPS receiver is found and connected. I'm using wifi and can browse the  internet with the internet explorer on the PDA.

Even when I go to setup>log, I unchecked the log button and click on SEND button, I got the same response of 'No connection, reports not sent'

Wonder what did I miss as I can keep getting 'No connection, reports not sent'. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Yee, this one is going to be hard to tackle I'm afraid, but, we will get you on track.

Some questions I have to ask, you answered a lot of them before even asking, thanks!

• can you do a "force update" ?
• can you try via GPRS / ActiveSync (just to test..)
• are you trying to upload a huge LOG ?
• what version Reperion are you using ?
• and finally, you indicate you don't use http:// in front of tracker1.reperion.com . which is correct, a trailing slash / shouldn't be used also. (just making sure..)
