AT&T Tilt only getting one point...

Is it possible to set (either in my phone's settings or in Reperion) Reperion to run in the background, even if the backlight is off?  I get one point recorded before my phone goes into standby and reperion quits working.  If I sit here turning a wheel or clicking buttons I can record a track, but that's really hard to do riding a bicycle.

It'd be a terrible waste of battery to have to run the backlight the entire time I'm using Reperion to track a bike route... I have 20-mile rides that can go for about an hour and up to 100-mile rides that can last 6-8 hours.  I need to be able to place my phone in my panier and forget it until the ride is over.

     Thank you!

     Chad

Yes you can do this, first of all, disable the "turn off device when not used for xx minutes" in your powermanagement settings in your PDA. We used to have a setting in Reperion, but users got angry at us, because their devices were sucked empty by Reperion. So we deleted the setting, you must now use the windows setting.

Second, you would change the backlight settings on your PDA to turn of when on battery power is used after 1 minute.

Third, you can "lock" the buttons on your device so no interference from your pockets or accidental pressure.

Please report, we want to support you 100%
